Open to the public, free of charge.

    Tuesday, May 2, 5-7pm

AT.....JUST BE CAUSE CENTER, 1013 W. State St., Ithaca

Presenters: McCune & Murphy Physical Therapy; Aroma Educators; Dr. Mike Massari, Chiropractor; Michelle Courtney Berry, Health & Wellness Coaching; Yoga Farm; Oula Fitness; How to Change a Bicycle Tire

You spoke about the route change last year, and we listened! We are returning to Route 89, and the gorgeous views of Cayuga Lake, for much of the west shore route with Police presence watching over our Riders.  More good news is we will be back at our beloved  Boathouse Beer Garden Pit Stop!
You will be finishing the last portion of the Ride after  Bellwether Hard Cider Pit Stop via the spectacular  Black Diamond Trail!  The BDT is a slight downward ride eliminating the dreaded 3-hill climb out of Taughannock Falls Park finishing at Cass Park. SAG support on bikes along with NYS Park Police will be present along the trail with a midpoint water stop. Check out our Cue Sheet in the download section of this website. This is truly a win-win for us!

We look forward to seeing you on September 9, 2017!
