Training Rides

Ithaca: Saturdays 9am - No Ride Sat, July 31st, 2010 All Ithaca rides are led by Russ Traunstein (trek163@aol.com). The above rides begin at the YMCA on Triphammer Road. Please contact him if you plan to attend. Johnson City/ Binghamton: Wednesdays and Sundays at 5pm All rides are lead by Jared Bosket (jaredbosketphotography@gmail.com), and begin at Ostinango Park.
